While being in the process of losing weight, Riitu formed Yuj on 3rd Feb 2005. And thereafter she has been continuing with Yuj, updating herself every year.

The purpose of opening Yuj was to share her experience and knowledge with other people, so they also benefit from Yoga.

Yuj has grown into a very big family consisting of more than 100 Members. She also guides on Nutrition as well.

Yuj also conducts open workshops for anyone and everyone on meditation and yoganidras.

In Yuj we involve in to all kinds of fitness camps and activities.
